Navigating Crossroads of Culture and Gender

The Experiences and Outcomes of Caribbean Women in American Higher Education Institutions.

Mission Statement

PHADRIAN AVENUE Collective is a transformative initiative dedicated to amplifying the voices, experiences, and resilience of Caribbean immigrant women (CIW) in higher education and beyond. Rooted in cultural affirmation and academic empowerment, PHADRIAN AVENUE Collective serves as a sanctuary for identity, scholarship, and advocacy.

Our mission is to dismantle barriers, foster belonging, and cultivate spaces where CIW can navigate the intersections of race, gender, and migration with confidence and community.

Through mentorship, research, and storytelling, PHADRIAN AVENUE Collective is committed to elevating narratives that have long been marginalized, ensuring that Caribbean women are not just included but celebrated in the academic and professional landscape.
